The Washington Hotel Coffee Room is a relaxing respite, located inside the Lake Room of Lakeside Fibers, featuring local, sustainable and organic foods and products.

It features wood-fired brick oven baked breads from The Washington Hotel, located on Washington Island, WI; locally roasted, Fair Trade Certified and organic coffees, espresso drinks and teas; sandwiches, soups and salads made from local and organic providers.

It is my intent to offer you a selection of interesting wines to enjoy by the glass. We will also have a unique selection of wines by the bottle. It is my belief that drinking wine is an adventure and each wine has a story to tell.
Of course, wine is best when accompanied with good food. The magic happens and each enhance the other. To that end, we will be creating some small plates to nosh on with our wines.
