Lakeside Fibers Sales & Return Policies:

-Yarns purchased at Lakeside Fibers may be returned within 90 days of purchase for store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds will be given.
-Only yarn may be returned - all knitting needle, book, pattern and notion sales are final. Knitting bags & needle cases may be exchanged for different color or style within 30 days of purchase.
-All cone yarn sales are final.
-Yarn must be in original condition (balls, hanks, etc.) This includes smoke and odorfree. We reserve the right to refuse any return.
-Sales receipt MUST accompany return.
-All sale priced yarn sales are final. No other discounts may be applied to sale priced items.
-Special orders may require purchase of a full bag (depending on manufacturer). Special order sales are final.
-Punchcard punches are given on yarn only, before sales tax and at time of purchase.
Special notes for online purchases:
- Our site lists yarns we stock in our brick-and-mortar store. Appearing on the site is not a guarantee of an item being in stock. If an item is currently out of stock, you will be contacted with an arrival date and asked if you wish to backorder.
- While we make every effort to have our site updated in a timely manner, typos do happen. If there is a discrepancy between our listed price on the website, and our posted price in the store, you will be contacted.

Asking employees to make exceptions to our policies puts everyone in an uncomfortable situation.
